About Our Company

Grand Precision Machining Services WLL (GPMS) was established in 2020, to produce large and small objects designed and engineered to achieve high conformance and precision especially when dealing with spare parts and sensitive industrial equipment that require to be finished in accordance with tight specifications, measurements and tolerances.

CAD and Reverse Engineering

GPMS provide precision machining and ensures the manufacturability of industrial parts and components through Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Reverse Engineering.

  • All types of complex geometry and features are converted into 3D CAD models. We import print and model files from many CAD package, and work out intricate features from actual components.

  • Our CNC programmers generate programmes for 5-axis and multi-axis programming accounting for all part specifications and tolerances, material properties, tooling, feed and speed rates, metal cutting rates, minimum part thickness, and complexity of features.

  • We offer Reverse Engineering services by extracting all information and details of existing design and using it to recreate the industrial parts and components. We produce high-quality parts that performs to the same standards as an OEM replacement part.

Production Engineering & Planning

GPMS engineers record new job order into our production engineering & planning process, and conduct the following:

  • Positive material identification, hardness and mechanical properties

  • Manufacturability review and identification of all foreseeable pitfalls before production.

  • Select machining operations for providing the quality, machining efficiencies, and overall tolerances required to produce parts successfully.

  • Establish document control to manage material and process certifications, quality forms, and other necessary records and reports.

  • Carry out QC inspections to ensure machined components and assemblies meet or exceed customer’s specification.

  • Calibrate testing and measuring instruments to be used.

  • Institute in-process inspections, as well as final inspection requirements, as appropriate.

CNC Machining Services

GPMS state-of-the-art technology for CNC Machining capabilities provide engineering solutions for meeting complex industrial challenges. We maintains repeatability through the operation of multiple machining capabilities that include:

  • CNC Machining services that include:

  • 5-Axis CNC milling ensuring the highest precision accuracy on components beyond competitors' capabilities.

  • 5-Axis CNC gear hobbing.

  • 3-Axis and 4-Axis CNC turning & milling.

  • Wire-cutting / electrical discharge machining (EDM).

  • Automatic surface grinding.

  • Automatic crankshaft grinding.

  • Automatic honing.

  • General machining (turning, milling, shaping, sawing).

  • Drilling and boring.

Service & Repair

GPMS provides repair, maintenance and retrofitting services of gearboxes, engines, valves, pumps, compressors and hydraulics. We respond to rush breakdown repairs, machine upgrades, retrofits, rebuilds and overhauls. Our services include:

  • Deploying highly skilled resources for retrofitting of industrial machinery with exceptional knowledge and experience.

  • Offering technical services for updating customer’s machinery and allowing new or updated parts to be fitted to old or outdated assemblies.

  • Deep honing of internal surfaces and rebuilding industrial engines.

  • Rebuilding and repairing gearboxes, gears and pinions, valves, pumps, compressors and hydraulics.

  • Carrying out site-work for disassembly, repair and assembly of heavy duty machinery during emergency and shut-down periods.
